Specialized Retail Delivery Services
Vitesse delivers merchandise to retail outlets in major shopping malls and cities throughout North America. The Specialized Retail Services Division is built on a solid infrastructure that includes a call center and order- taking system that supports hundreds of retail outlets.

- Small, medium and large-size box movements
- Customized pickup and delivery programs
- Personalized rate plans based on customer-specific delivery schedules
- Store openings/closings – full merchandise and fixture movements
- Centralized call center for store locations (pickup/delivery)
Delivery movements include
- Mass distribution of merchandise from centralized warehouses with delivery to local retail stores
- Store-to-store transfer of merchandise within the same province/state or from one province/state to another province/state
- Pickup of merchandise from retail stores (e.g. damaged, overstock, end of season) with delivery to a central warehouse
