Here at Vitesse Transport, we are happy to announce that our company has been formally recognized as one of the best workplaces in Canada for trucking and logistics. As one of the only nine fleet employers newly added to this list in 2020 by the Top Fleet Employers program, we are humbled by this acknowledgment.
A little bit about the program
The Top Fleet Employers program was launched in 2014 by Trucking HR Canada to recognize fleet companies across the country who meet HR standards of excellence. It is made up of a rigorous review process that investigates the scope of the employer’s formal HR policies and programs, including workplace wellness and mental health, training skills and development, employee engagement and workplace culture, and workplace diversity and inclusion. The program follows rating criteria validated by a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) as well as a panel of experts in the trucking and logistics industry.

Since our establishment in 2000, we have made it our primary goal to serve and exceed our customers’ needs, and put in place exceptional HR practices that allow our business to run smoothly and innovatively. As part of our longstanding mission statement, we will continue to guarantee meeting any and all North American transport needs faster and better than our competition.
